Lhasalier dogs are mix breed of dog between a Lhasa Apso and Cavaleir King Charles. They are hybrid dogs. They are of designer breed which was developed to be an exceptional family companion.
Lhasalier dogs are small in size and have an average height of 18 inches and average weight of 18 pounds. They are found in different colors but the most common ones are black, white and tan. Their coat is sometime mix of both parent breeds or it sometimes takes more of one parent breed. Their coats are medium to long in size and it is silky.
Lhasalier dogs get along well with kids. They are loving and family oriented dog that loves to spend time with their family most of the time. They like to cuddle up with their owner and like to get attention. They should not be left alone for an extended period of time. They are always eager to please their owners and they listen to their commands. They are very gentle and loving with children and enjoy playing with them. They are also very good with other dogs in the family as well as other pets. They are alert type of dogs and they are wary of strangers and they make a good guard dog.
The Cavalier King Charles breed suffer from mitral valve disease, hip dysplasia, syringomyelia, luxating patellas and certain hearing and vision disorders and the Lhasa Apso suffer from fewer health problems such as sebaceous adenitis and progressive retinal atrophy, so, the Lhasalier breed may suffer from any of these problems.
