This is our Nina, she is a seven months old Siberian Husky. I would like to enter her in this contest as a tribute to her.
She's a hero at home... you see, I suffer from Mitochondrial Degenerative Disorder IV, which makes moving around extremely difficult; few weeks ago, my stove's oven caught fire and without her "intervention", the whole house would have burned down...
she cried and "talked" with such desperation I've never heard before from her, it made me come and see what was bothering her... to my surprise, she was sitting between the kitchen and the dinning room and as soon as I walked in, she grabbed my hand in her mouth and pulled me to the back door...
She hasn't had any formal training and her behavior prompted me to call 911 and leave the house... she is a hero and our family would like to give tribute to her courage (... and show her off too!)
