This is Barley, the best puppy around! She is a four and a half month old cockapoo and once you've met her, you'll never forget her. Really though, she won't let you. She will jump on you, tug on the leash to go after you, kiss your face, and then watch you until you're out of sight. Only then will she be able to focus on the task at hand: going potty. And if you're another dog, well forget about it, Barley will be all over you. She is so friendly, everyone loves her. More people in my building can remember Barley's name than remember mine, and you know what? I don't blame them!
This is my 4-year-old Rottie. Her name is Roxy. I got Roxy four years ago yesterday, October 15. I had just had to put my other Rottie to sleep. She had cancer. I was heartbroken. I went to the breeder's house to pick out a puppy and saw this precious little one with heart-shaped markings on her back end. I knew she was the one for me! She has given me such joy and helped me so much in the beginning as I grieved for my other Rottie.
Our 9 year old Golden Retriever/German Shepard mix, Female, rescued dog as a pup by my daughter and then given to my wife and I. Dutchess is my "sweetheart" and my "wintertime bedwarmer". She tends to be the peace-keeper when our Shepard and the young guy, Oscar, mix it up as Oscar tries to be a "guy" and thinks he's the "Alpha" of the group.
