The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) and No More Homeless Pets in Hillsborough County (NMHP-HC) are hosting a fall pet adoption expo on Nov. 3, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event takes place at the Florida State Fairgrounds Special Event Building located at 4800 Highway 301 North in Tampa.
