Discs for DogsThis is a program that we do along with our local SPCA in Erie County, NY, (www.spcaec.com), to reduce landfill waste and help animals at the same time. This program allows people to donate (and recycle!) their old unwanted CDs and DVDs, regardless of condition, and 100% of the money raised goes directly to the SPCA.

Nothing is sadder than a lesbian wallowing over her puppy dog, we all knew that and now, Ellen has bravely allowed that to be shown on national television making it known to the rest of America… We’re here, we’re queer and boy do we love our lap dogs.

Her whimpering was heard around the world – will this seriously be a proud moment in gay history? Well, yes, and here’s why.

Thousands of kittens and puppies are born every hour in the United States. While these baby animals are adorable, the fate of most of them is tragic. This sentiment is the motivation behind Spay Day USA, the Humane Society's annual event to promote spaying and neutering to control pet overpopulation.

The 14th annual event takes place officially on Feb. 26, 2008. However, related events are scheduled across the country for the entire month of February.
